Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from The Olive Tree, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package the Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
